I’ve worked as a physiotherapist across multiple areas within the industry in Australia and the UK, in hospital settings and in private practice. With more than 25 years experience in aquatic physiotherapy, I have done additional study to further hone my skills while working with patients in the water.
My areas of interest include shoulder injuries, especially post-op rehab, acute sports injuries, lower limb injuries, prescribing orthotics and managing long-term conditions like Parkinson’s with patients through home visits.
I’ve worked with local football and netball teams providing sideline injury management for more than 15 years, including managing physiotherapy services for the NSW State Age Netball Carnival. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m volunteering at my local Surf Life Saving Club or as a physio/trainer with local football codes. When I’m not doing any of those activities, I enjoy swimming, hiking, mountain biking, surfing and snow sports.
